1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped pecans
1 12 oz bag butterscotch morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1st 3 ingredients. Add all dry ingredients and beat well. Fold in apples and nuts. Spread in greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle morsels on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
