1 pound Shredded or diced Chicken
1/2 C. diced onion
1 (15 oz. ) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can red beans, rinsed and drained
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, with liquid
GF Taco Seasoning to taste
Enough water to make soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken, shred. Put in a large pot.
2. Add all ingredients and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Can add tortilla chips and shredded cheese if you like.

GF Seasoning: 1 tbsp. chili powder, 1 tbsp. cumin powder, 1 tbsp. onion powder, 3/4 tsp. garlic powder and 3/4 tsp. salt.
