4 Bunches of Greens
1/2 of Cabbage
1 Onion
1 bell pepper
2 Hamhocks or smoke turkey butts, smoke neckbones
salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 T crush red pepper flake
1/3 Cup of sugar (optical)

In a large pot or dutch oven,place your smoke meat or hamhocks in pot cover with water,let meat
cook for 1hour,if need more water add an another cup of water.
Next, wash and chop collar. and fresh cabbage
once your meat is tender you need to add season and chopped collars,and cabbage. and about 4 cups of water. let cook until vegetable are nice and tender. Next step is to take out the meat and pull it apart and mix back into the green and served.
