1 head iceberg lettuce torn to pieces
1 bunch green onions sliced
1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds toasted lightly
1/2 pound cooked chicken or veggie chicken strips
1 package won ton skins fried

Dressing:
Oil
Rice vinegar
sugar
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Won ton skins fried crisp. Drain off excess oil from the skins and set aside. Toss together the lettuce, onions, almonds, sesame seeds and the chicken. Brake the won ton skins and toss to the lettuce mixture with the dressing just before serving.

Valerie Blasingame: Cut the prep time and buy the won ton skins from a restaurant. Crispy noodles can be used in a pinch. This is the one recipe that I always take to potlucks and there is never enough.
