1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/3 cup butter, melted

Filling:
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
4 eggs

In a small bowl, combine wafer crumbs, sugar, and cocoa; stir in the butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9 inch springform pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add chocolate; mix until blended. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Pour over crust. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake at 325F for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight.
