One 32 ounce box Swanson chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
1 cup uncooked grits
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add grits, and stir for one minute. Cover and reduce heat to low, and cook for 10 minutes. Add a small amount of grits to eggs and mix well. Add egg mixture to remaining grits. Combine remaining ingredients with grits and pour into a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
