1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons water
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Combine blue cheese and mayonnaise, and stir until creamy. Add buttermilk and water until well blended. Add sugar, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
