1 9 in. Pastry Shell
3 T. Cornstarch
1 2/3 cups Water
1 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 beaten Egg Yolks
2 T. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 medium Bananas
Whipped Cream or Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pastry shell according to directions.

Dissolve cornstarch in water. Stir in milk and eggs. Cook over medium heat till bubbly and thick.

Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Cool slightly.

Slice bananas and add to cooled pastry shell. Pour sauce over bananas. Add whipped cream.
