3 c. half & half, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp. . salt, 2 (12 oz) packages frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed), 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 º. In saucepan, heat half & half, butter and salt. Spread potatoes in 9 x13 x 2 inch pan. Pour heated mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1 hour.
