4 egg yolks
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 oz. fresh lime juice
1 9-in. pie crust
4 oz. whipped cream
lime slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs with condensed milk, beat on low speed until uniform. Slowly add lime juice, beating on medium to high speed until smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake in preheated 350º oven for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool, top with whipped cream, garnish with lime slices. Chill before serving.
