1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup White Sugar
1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (180 degrees C)

2. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl then drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.

This can be changed to a sugar free recipe by adding Splenda in place of the white sugar. You can use your favorite sugar substitute if you don't like Splenda.
