pepper
garlic salt
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Wash carefully and drain but do not wipe dry.
Season with salt, pepper, a little garlic salt.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Dredge in flour.
Fry in very hot - deep oil (Grandmama used bacon grease).
Fry and turn - it takes about 12 minutes to fry chicken
Drain and place on platter. Serve warm.
