2 tbls olive oil
4 tbls lime juice or red wine vinegar
11/2 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp seasoning salt
1/8 tsp lemon pepper

Salad
1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed, dried and chopped
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 6 oz can black olives, drained and sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 lg tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
4 oz feta cheese
6 (6oz) chicken breasts. cooked and diced

In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Set them aside
In a large salad bowl, combine the remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss the salad real well.
