Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
6 tblsp. milk (may add 2 more tblsp.)
2tblsp. soft butter (oleo)
mix for cake dough- will thick.
put in 9x13 greased pan. ontop, add ,4 cups cut up
rhubarb-sprinkle 1 box strawberry jello over rhubarb
Add mixture on top of
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oleo
Mix together like pie crust mix, then put on top of cake.
Bake at 325 for 40 minutes
