1 cup sugar
1 Ib margarine
4 egg yolks
4 cups flour

Directions:
cream sugar,margarine and eggs and mix until fluffy. fold in flour, form in balls size of walnuts, press centers wirh thumb, fill with perserves. bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. dust with powered sugar.
