1 bag of California blend vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
1/2 onion
1/2 tomato
1/2 bag of spinach
3 garlic cloves
salt

Directions:

DIRECTIONS

1. Put all ingredients in a pot and cook for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.

2. Pour in blender and blend.

3. Serve to eat.
