Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bag Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips
2 c. sour cream
4 whole eggs and 1 egg white
2 cans pear halves in light syrup (1 can per pie)
Pillsbury frozen pie crusts (they come in packages of 2, and I usually make 2 pies, so the ingredients make 2 pie fillings). Note that there are 2 kinds of crust: the deep dish ones and the normal depth ones. I usually get the normal depth. Or you could make your own pie crust, but who has time?

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spread chocolate chips to cover bottom of pie crust (1 bag split into 2 pie crusts). Put in oven until chocolate starts melting. Meanwhile mix eggs with sugar, add sour cream. Slice pear halves.

Get the pie crusts out of the oven, place pear slices around the pie on top of melted chocolate. Cover with sour cream mixture. Place pie back in oven until the sour cream mixture is no longer jiggling (about 25-30 minutes).

Easy as pie.
Best eaten still warm. Enjoy!
