1 pound bag wide egg noodles
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar (1 cup Splenda)
1 pound container small curd cottage cheese
1 pint container sour cream
1 cup milk
2 sticks butter

Directions:

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. In a lasagna style roasting pan melt 1 stick of butter. Cook noodles, melt other stick of butter in hot noodles. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and milk into noodles. Add eggs and sugar last. Pour into baking pan. Bake on middle shelf of oven for approximately 1 hour or until top of pudding is brown. Cool before cutting.
