1 lb. med red potatoes
1 c. baby carrots
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 lg. red pepper, diced
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 T. basil
1 T. olive oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 med. ears of fresh corn
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter potatoes. Cut ears of corn into three pieces each. Combine the all the ingredients in a large bowl. Place on a double thickness of heavy duty foil (about 28 x18 in.) Dot with 1 T. butter. Fold foil around the veggies and seal tightly. Grill over med heat for about 30 min or until potatoes are tender.
