1 mild onion, chopped, about 1/2 cup 2 stalks celery, diced, about 1 cup 1 skillet of cornbread, crumbled, about 5 cups 6 slices dry white bread, cubed, about 3 cups 1/2 Tablespoon black pepper 5 teaspoons poultry seasoning 2 sticks melted butter 1 cup turkey stock 1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients and place in a greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
