Four to six boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced.
1 package linguine, cooked al dente
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, plus more to garnish
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
Chopped sautéed Mushrooms, optional
Chopped sautéed Broccoli or Asparagus, optional
1 jar Pimentoes, drained, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake covered for 30 - 45 minutes, removing the cover during the last 15 minutes. This is also good cooked in a crockpot on low for four hours.
