1 cup white sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 1/3 cup mashed bananas (4 medium)
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

1. Cream sugar and butter, add eggs.

2. Add dry ingredients alternately with bananas.

3. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
