1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs. asparagus, trimmed and stems peeled
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, lightly toasted

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, sesame oil,salt and pepper. Mix well. In large skillet of boiling salted water, cook asparagus for 3-5minutes or until barely tender. Drain well and arrange in a row on a shallow serving dish. Spoon mayonnaise mixture across center of asparagus. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of sauce.
