1 eight ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon or 2 teaspoons vanilla
1 twenty-six ounce can fruit cocktail, drained
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained
1 thirteen ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and sugar in mixer. Add the remaining ingredients. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into large paper lined muffin tins. Freeze. Let thaw 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
