3 lb pork roast
1 lb dry pinto beans
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp chilipowder
1 tbsp salt
4 oz can chopped green chilies
water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak pinto beans in water overnight(reserve saoking water). In morning, put roast in cooker. Add remaing ingredients including beans and water. Add water if needed to cover ingredients. Cook on High 1 hour and then turn down to Low for 6 hours. Remove meat and shred with 2 forks. Return to cooker for 1 hour on High. Serve with flour tortillas. Top with grated cheese, chopped onions and tomatoes.
