1 c. milk 2 eggs 2 Tbs. Sugar 2/3 c flour (add a little more)(make night before) pinch of salt 1 Tbs. melted butter 1 Tbs. Vanilla
Mix everything together. Strain to make sure there is no extra flour. Get a non-stick pan and pre-heat it to be hot. Melt butter. Pour into pan (very thin) and flip, then put on lemon juice, sugar and fruit. Then roll!
