5 cups flour
2 tbls sugar
2 tsp salt
2 pkg yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup milk 120-130º temp
2 tbsp butter melted

FILLING
2 lbs. sausage (spicy)
4 cups mozzarella
2 eggs
1 tsp minced fresh basil or 1/4 tsp dry basil

Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Let the yeast work. Add milk. Add flour and salt. Cover with pam coated plastic. Let rise until double. Meanwhile cook sausage, drain off the grease. Add mozzerella, and basil. Once the dough has doubled size. Punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface. Add meat mixture to the center of dough ( you want to shape it to look like a loaf of French bread). Overlap the dough, so that it covers the sausage mixture completely. Brush the loaf with two beaten eggs. Place the loaf on a greased 10x15 pan and bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes. Cut in slices and serve with warmed spaghetti sauce.
