3/4 cup red bell peppers, seeded & minced finely 1/2 cup Jalapeno peppers, minced fine with seeds 6 1/2 cups of sugar 1 1/2 cups of distilled white vinegar 6 oz. box of liquid pectin or 1 3/4 oz. box of Sure Jell powdered pectin
Mix everything but sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then mix in sugar, cook until sugar is dissolved (about 3-5 minutes). Pour into about 5 glass jars and save.
