1 pound mild pork sausage, browned and drained
2 1/4 cups milk
10 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 cups sour dough or French bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, salt, mustard, milk and cheese. Blend. Arrange bread and sausage into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour liquid mixture over the bread and sausage and refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes or until gently browned. Top with extra cheese.
