1 whole garlic bulb 1 ½ tsp olive oil 1 cup mayo or miracle whip 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil or ½ tsp dried
Remove loose skin from garlic and cut off top. Place on foil and drizzle with olive oil and wrap tightly, roast at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Unwrap, cool then squeeze out pulp into blender. Add rest of ingredients and process until smooth. Makes 1 cup.
