2 cups macaroni (cooked)
1 tsp curry
6 tbs flour
3 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups lobster (any firm white fish works okay, too)
1 1/2 cups crabmeat
1/2 cup green onion
6 tbs butter
2 cups sour cream
1 cup Ritz crackers
1 1/2 cups shrimp
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (this was not part of the original recipe but was added after Aunt Joyce passed this recipe on.)

Cook macaroni according to the package and set it aside. Cook onions, and curry in butter, stir in flour. Add milk cooking until thick. Stir in sour cream, (cheese if you are adding this),macaroni and all the fish. Turn into a sprayed casserole dish and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 20 minutes.
This makes a large casserole.
