1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 small jars baby carrots
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1-3oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into small 8x8 pan that has been greased. Bake until knife comes out clean. Frost after cake has cooled.
