lettuce
celery
parsley
green onions
1 can mandarin oranges
salt
vinegar
sugar
salad oil
tabasco sauce
slivered almonds
butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1/2 head lettuce, 2 cups chopped celery,1 Tbsp. minced parsley, 3 green onions chopped, 1 can mandarin oranges.
Carmelize 1 pkg. slivered almonds with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 2Tbsp. butter in pan. Add to lettuce mixture.

Dressing:
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 cup salad oil
6 dashes Tabasco
dash of pepper

Mix and pour over lettuce mixture before serving.
