4 pints cherry tomatoes--Can also use Grape tomatoes
diced small red onion
1/4 cup chopped basil leaves
1 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
greek olives of your choice--pitted is better
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
6 tablespoons good olive oil
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground or coarse pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes in half and place in large bowl. Add
onion, basil, Feta Cheese in bite size chunks, and Greek olives. Mix well. In small container put olive oil, Balsmic vinegar, salt and pepper. Beat or shake well--Pour over tomato mixture. You can use all the dressing or as much as you like it.
