3 ripe avocadoes Juice of ½ fresh lime 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro ½ red onion minced well 1 clove garlic pressed Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Cut avocadoes in half and discard pit. Scoop out flesh into bowl. Place the rest of ingredients into bowl and mix just until combined. Don’t overmix. Do not make this dip too far in advance or it will discolor…best if made and served immediately.
