1Kg Mince
2 onions
½ cup rolled oats
Chopped herbs
1 tomato
Salt pepper
Hot sauce

Glaze
2 teaspoons mustard
½ cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar

Mix
All ingredients together, refrigerate for 2 hours. Cook 30 minutes in moderate oven, then baste with glaze during next 45 minutes.

This is a delicious variation for mince that I use often. I find quick oats is best and the time in the fridge is important to soak up the juices and hold it all together.
