8 oz uncooked fettuccine
1 lg sweet onion, halved and sliced
1 med green pepper, cut into strips
1 med sweet red pepper, cut into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
2 c cubed cooked chicken
4 tsp minced garlic
1 jar (17oz) alfredo sauce
1/2 c spaghetti sauce
2 c (8oz) mozzarella cheese
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

cook fettuccine according to package directions. meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion and peppers in oil until tender. add the chicken, Cajun seasoning and garlic; heat through. transfer to a large bowl. drain fettuccine; add to chicken mixture. stir in alfredo and spaghetti sauces.
Transfer to a greased 13x9-in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheeses. cover and bake at 375º for 15 min. uncover; bake 10-15 min longer or until golden brown
