2 boxes frozen cauliflower
1 small can peas
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 lb Velveeta, melted
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain cauliflower, cool thoroughly. Add drained peas, sour cream and melted cheese. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. In separate bowl, add crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter, mix well. Put on top of casserole dish and bake for another 10 minutes or until crackers are browned.
