6 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
3Tbsp.coca
pinch of salt
6 egg whites
powdered sugar

Directions:
Beat yolks until very light, about 5 minutes. Add sugar and continue beating another 5 minutes.Continue beating and add the vanilla, cocoa, and salt. Beat until the total time is 20 minutes. Beat egg whites to a soft peak stage and fold in. Pour batter into a 10 x 15 x1 inch jelly roll pan which has been prepared in this way: Lightly oil and line with wax paper so that the paper stands up above the edge. Oil the waxed paper lightly. Bake. When baked turn out on a towel which has been lightly covered with powdered sugar. Take paper off of bottom and roll by pulling the towel up. Let stand until cool. Whip cream and sweeten to taste.Unroll the roll and fill with the cream. Reroll. Refrigerate until serving, may be frozen. 300

Chocolate Sauce:
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2-3Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup water
1 egg slightly beaten

Combine egg and water and stir in all the ingredients.Simmer until thick. When done add butter and vanilla. To serve the chocolate roll,top with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
