1.Wrap tortillas in foil and heat in 350º oven for 10-15 minutes.
2. For sauce, cook onion, garlic, coriander, and margarine or butter till onion is tender.
3.Stir in broth, stir until thick and bubbly.
4.Remove from heat, and stir in half cup of cheese.
5.For filling stir 1/2 cup of the sauce into the chicken, place 1/2 a cup of filling on top of each tortilla.
6. Roll and place seam side down, in lightly greased cooking dish/pan.
7.Cover with remaining sauce
8. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
9.If desired sprinkle with olives, tomatoes, green onions, and let stand for 10 minutes.
