1 package Polish sausage
5-6 potatoes
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
1 package broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat skillet on medium heat with 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Cut Polish sausage and potatoes into small pieces. Chop onion, bell pepper, and broccoli and place all ingredients into warmed skillet. Add garlic and pepper to taste. Cook until all ingredients are tender.
