4 Skinless boneless chicken
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Sauce:
1/2c. plain yogurt
1/4c. mayo
1/2tsp. ground thyme
1T. Dijon mustard
dash red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in casserole/baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake about 45 minutes at 350, or until done. When done, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, broil to melt.
