2 pints shucked oysters w/ juice
4 C saltine cracker crumbs
2 1/2 sticks butter, melted
3 T fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 t salt and pepper
1/2 t paprika
1/2 t Tabasco
2 C half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in cracker crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika. Drain and set aside juice from oysters. Sprinkle 1/3 crumb mixture into casserole dish, layer half of oysters on top, then half of remaining crumbs and rest of oysters on top of that. Combine oyster juice, half & half and Tabasco in a large measuring glass. Pour over oyster mix until the crackers are almost covered. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes, until top is golden brown.
