2 C flour
2 t baking powder, heaping
1 t salt
1/3 C Crisco
3/4 C milk, more if dry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and shortening, put in the milk and mix with a spoon. Set in refrigerator for a short while, then roll or pat on board. Cut into biscuits with small juice glass. Bake in hot oven at 450º for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 24 biscuits.
