10 oz. broccoli florets
1 small jar cheese whiz
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 cup minute rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 stick margarine
salt

Topping:
1 tube crushed Ritz Crackers
1/2 stick melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup water until thawed. Add other ingredients to broccoli and water (do not drain). Place in baking dish. Top with 1 tube crushed Ritz Crackers and 1/2 stick melted margarine. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
