4 boneless skinless chicken breasts Sliced mozzarella Jar spaghetti sauce olive oil Pasta
Heat oven to 350º.In cast iron skillet add olive oil, just enough to cover pan. Heat oil over medium heat til good and hot. Add Chicken breasts and brown both sides.10 mins. Transfer pan to oven for 30 mins. Remove and add one slice of cheese to each breast and cover with sauce. Return to oven for 5 mins or til sauce is bubbly. Serve over pasta.
