1 c. Oil
3 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 c. Zucchini. grated
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
3 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3 c. Flour
1/2 c. Nuts, chopped
1 tsp. Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs and sugar. Add oil, vanilla, and zucchini. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into [2] greased loaf pans. Bake: 350 F. Time: 50-60 Minutes.
