3 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Tbsp. Sugar
3/4 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs, Separated
1 2/3 c. Milk
1/2 c. Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg yolks, milk, and shortening. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold egg whites into batter. Cook in waffle iron.
