1 cup sour cream
1 T butter
1 T flour (heaping)
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar diluted with 1/4 cup water
1 egg
Cream
1 tsp pepper
1 heaping tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vinegar, sugar and butter and bring to a boil. Beat egg and add flour to make a paste, add cream a little at a time to make thickening. Add to boiling vinegar and cook until thick. Remove from heat, add 1 tsp pepper and 1 heaping tsp mustard.
