5 lbs. Red Potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese cubed
1 TB. chives
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayo
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl. combine cheese, mayo., sour cream chives, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and toss. Transfer to greased 4 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325º for 50-60 minutes. Garnish with more shredded cheese and chives.
